I loved the location of the hotel! It's close to a vibrant food court, making it easy to grab a bite whenever I wanted. The two-bedroom suite concept was a huge bonus for me, providing plenty of space for my family. Plus, the staff were super friendly and tried their best to help with any issues.

The first room I got had a horrible musky smell that made it impossible to relax. When I asked for a room change, the front desk was indifferent, which was super frustrating. To top it off, the parking situation was chaotic and felt unsafe at night. Definitely not the smooth experience I was hoping for!

Booked Wheelchair Accessible room with space for prayer and bathroom, as example and got it upon arrival. The location was favourable and unbeatable, close enough to convenience stores and centre and local eateries.

Some people working there were not always friendly.

I was eager to visit the Sultan Ahmad Shah State Mosque, known for its stunning architecture and cultural significance. Choosing the Seasons for its proximity made perfect sense. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenient amenities, especially the complimentary wireless Internet access.
